Survey Three Limited was founded in 1970.
Most of our work is in the East Midlands, West Midlands and South Yorkshire including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham and Sheffield as well as London and the South East. We do however provide a nationwide service and have recently carried out surveys as far afield as the Isles of Scilly, Shetlands and Northern Ireland.
Our clients include architects, consultants, engineers, builders, developers, councils, planners, solicitors and private individuals.
All of our surveyors have CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards and have been CRB (now DBS) checked.
Survey Three Limited are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Survey Association (TSA).
