Survey Three Limited offers the client a choice of either a basic drainage survey or a full underground utilities survey.
Basic Drainage Survey
A basic drainage survey will where possible record the following information:
Manhole Cover Level
Manhole Invert Level
Pipe Size
Direction of Flow
Chamber Type (i.e. foul water or storm water)
Full Underground Utilities Survey
Survey Three Limited will sub-contract this work to another company that specialises in this field. They will normally required a copy of our topographical survey before going to site.
Please note:
Manhole and utility covers will only be lifted should they yield to hand tools. Broken or cracked covers will not be lifted.
Unless requested, the work will be carried out without any third party traffic management. Covers in busy roads will not be lifted if it is not safe to do so.
